How it works

When you sign up for AutoPay, we automatically deduct the amount due from your bank account on your due date. If you are registered on aps.com, you will receive an email with the amount and date in advance so there are no surprises.

You’ll be able to find your current and previous bills on your online account to securely view or print them. And you can update your bank account information online anytime.

If needed, you can use our “pause” feature to stop the AutoPay withdrawal up to 1 business day before the due date, but then you must make your payment by the due date using another method.

Who is eligible

To qualify for AutoPay:
  • Not required to pay by cash
  • If you have more than one account, you’ll need to set up AutoPay for each account individually
  • If you have your account set up for Summary Billing, all locations will automatically be enrolled.

How to enroll

You will need to log into your account or register. Have your bank account information ready.

If you need assistance, you can also give us a call at (602) 371-7171. We’re here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
